Well on this site Pokemon have a certin amount of HP based on there stage. Baby Stage Pokemon (Like Pichu, Igglybuff, Happiny, etc.) have 30HP. Basic Stage Pokemon (Like Pikachu, Cyndaquil, Skitty, etc.) have 50HP. First Stage Pokemon (Like Raichu, Ivysaur, Pidgeotto, etc.) have 70HP.
